Oak Ridge Markets was first contacted by Tenurgy in April of 2013. We were very impressed
with the presentation of Tenurgy’s services and audit capabilities. Consequently, we engaged
Tenurgy on May 2, 2013, to audit our utility bills for all three Oak Ridge Market locations.
The process was very easy and straightforward. We executed the consulting service agreement
and letter of authorization needed for Tenurgy to pull the data necessary to perform the audit.
Then we simply had to gather one bill for each of our utility companies, submit them to Tenurgy
and their helpful staff did all of the work. Approximately eight weeks later, we received the
results of Tenurgy’s audit. They were able to find several areas of savings.
The recommendations they made were detailed and well laid out. As a result of Tenurgy’s detailed analysis, we decided to implement all of their recommendations, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Once the utility bills started arriving, I thought there was a billing error due to the amount of savings we saw. The entire process was easy and produced unbelievable savings for our company. Due to the the simplicity of the audit process, the amount of detail in Tenurgy’s recommendation, and the fact that there was no risk on our part, I strongly urge all businesses to utilize Tenurgy’s services.
