To Whom It May Concern,
Ford House, the historic estate of Edsel and Eleanor Ford in Grosse Pointe Shores, MI, has undergone major expansion and transformation over the last five years. The 87-acre estate includes both historic and contemporary buildings and landscapes that serve the local community and visitors from across the country and beyond. As a National Historic Landmark, we are stewards of the estate while ensuring it will be here for future generations. Part of that is disciplined fiscal management and a constant desire to improve efficiencies.
Partnering with the Grosse Pointe Chamber of Commerce, the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, and Tenurgy permitted my team to conduct a much-needed audit of all our key facilities expenses (gas, electric, telecommunications, waste management, etc.) which they simply have not had the time to do. Their recommendations are solid and will be implemented to assist in key cost savings.
I would certainly recommend Tenurgy’s for this type of audit service as their process was easy and they took responsibility for the majority of the work. In all honesty, I was skeptical and could not believe that there was “no risk” or “obligations” but all final decisions to initiate change (or not) remained with Ford House. A few weeks after we signed up, Tenurgy presented my team and I with a detailed report identifying several areas in which we could save money. They walked us through each item and how we could realize the opportunities.
I found the Tenurgy’s team knowledgeable, skilled, committed, and easy to work with. Ford House is very pleased with the services provided and the cost savings achieved. I only wish I had known about this earlier!
Sincerely,
