Common Citizen is a Michigan-based cannabis company and lifestyle brand, offering quality cannabis products to elevate the everyday of recreational and medical consumers.
As part of our commitment to offering a wide range of premium, purpose-driven cannabis products, Common Citizen grows more than 60 unique strains of cannabis in our 187,000 square foot, scalable, state-of-the-art greenhouse facility on 70 acres in Marshall, Michigan. From meeting or exceeding government regulations to operating as sustainably as possible, we seek to do our best for our customers, community, and planet.
We also seek to do our best in controlling operational costs and welcomed the Michigan Chamber’s introduction to Tenurgy to audit our utility bills for accuracy and most competitive rate structures. After supplying copies of our monthly utility bills, we were presented with the results just a few weeks later, and the findings were significant. Into our seventh month with the Tenurgy team, we expect to see just over $100,000 in total savings in the first year across our accounts, with greater savings in the future as our operation grows and expands. The process has been simple and smooth, and our only regret is that we didn’t access the program sooner.
